Blibsi is a fish who loves doing fish things — like singing. Together with her friends, a crab and an eel, she sets off on an adventure to the mainland.
There, they hope to retrieve Blibsi's hat, which a sad old lady cheekily fished right off her head.
A colorful adventure about friendship, determination, and one very important hat.
